i was reading some news off the CRTC webstie and they have apporoved a low powered station to be broadcasting in Toronto on 103.9 fm...this station will be heard in midtown and downtown toronto...it is a format geared to the Gay/Lesbien community. They should be up by later this year. This means that WHTT will not be heard in some parts of Toronto when this happens.

I will miss WHTT, but it is not the end as they are streaming online.

But Wait!

Do you think that the LP station would stay off the air if WHTT added George Michael and Melissa Etheridge to the playlist??
