WHTZ Z-100 on 106.1

Anyone know who might be relaying Z-100 WHTZ on 106.1? I caught them last weekend during a big tropo opening from Poughkeepsie, with a lot of stations from Hartford and NYC coming in. Also finally got Pulse 87 for the first time. WPDA had the Yankees game, so it was not them.
