WHUD - high pitched ringing

Has anyone noticed a constant high pitched ringing noise while listening to WHUD?

At first I thought there was something wrong with my car radio... however that noise doesn't exist when listening to other stations. It also seems that the noise is reception strength dependent. On my drive from Peekskill to Rhinebeck the noise went away in areas of weaker reception... and all together disappeared as I moved north of Poughkeepsie.
 
I don't listen to WHUD so I don't know, but I remember that K104 had this for a while back during the K107 days. It must be a Pamal thing...
