WHUD Joining The Holly Jolly Parade??

According to the station's playlist as published on Yes.com, WHUD-100.7 has been playing all-Christmas music since 7 P.M. EST this evening (November 23rd).

It's the all-Christmas version of Delilah, since songs and times played matched those of other stations running the all-Christmas version of her show.

Last night, WHUD apparently broadcast the "regular" Delilah show (again based on the playlist published on Yes.com).

If I recall correctly from what other Radio-Info.com contributors wrote in 2004, WHUD went all-Christmas only during Delilah's show and all day on a few scattered days during the Holiday season last year. Does anyone in the lower Hudson Valley know if they'll do the same this year, or take the plugne and go 24/7 all-Christmas??

They will not go 24/7 Christmas. In fact, I'm surprised that they are running the all Christmas version of Delilah. 99.3, 92.1 Lite FM, and Mix 97 have gone all Christmas. Plus WLTW comes into parts of the Hudson Valley. So, I have high doubts about WHUD going all Christmas, but who knows. There is a first for everything!

I oringinally posted this in the wrong spot...(sorry)

WHUD does Christmas music on Thanksgiving and (if I remember) Black Friday. After that they scatter Christmas music into their rotation until Christmas Eve when they go all Christmas for 36 hours. Fellow Pamal station WSPK also goes all Christmas on Christmas Eve but only for 18-24 hours.
