WHWH Status?

I realize that there is a thread on WHWH/Princeton below, but I'm seeking broader information on the status of the station. I realize that it signed off sometime ago, after a co-owned station signed on in the extended band. But who now owns the 1350 frequency, and what are their plans for it, if any, beyond the periodic music loop that is aired these days? Any such information is appreciated.

Thanks in advance.

what would you Like to know about WHWH 1350
its owned by MRBI Multicultural Radio Broadcasting Inc.
Presently running Radio T.E.D. Format.
In November it will host some ball games.

Ralph,

Thanks for your reply. I'm aware that Multicultural is challenging the five year rule for turning off an original frequency, once a company puts a station on in the expanded band, but how (if you know), did they get authorization to put 1350 back on the air, given the fact, that so far as I know, the five year rule is still in effect?

Also, what are their future plans should the five year rule be lifted or stayed? Do they plan to hold on to it or sell?

Thanks again.

Jim
