Why Are Egan & Braude Doing a "Radio Rewind" Today?

Listening to E&B with Jon Keller as a guest to flog his new book. The voice over said, "No calls please. This is a radio rewind."
Is this an error? Sounds like a new live program and not one I have heard before.

To answer my own question, it was a repeat. Perhaps, Jim and Margery were attending Paul Sullivan's funeral this morning and therefore the "Radio Rewind."

Could be--isn't Gov. Patrick to be on at 2 pm today (actually now as I type this) with them?
(though Patrick may do that shift alone and not with them)

He IS on right now (talking about paving 495 or something), tolls, etc.
(amending it: they ARE on now with him)

Who's the most boring talk host on 96.9? Hint: he's on once per month. Fortunately for him
he has another job... :)

If is so boring why are you listening?

on http://www.savewrko.com Brian Maloney (who must have a higher tolerance for boredom and B.S.
than I do) managed to hear the Gov. Urkel show, in which the nerd from "Family Matters", or was it
the governor of MA, took hard questions about his 9/11 comments. Not. According to Brian,
Braude shut off callers who tried to talk to him about it.

this is a new thing, isn't it? Stations running retread shows during the week on non-holidays? Its seems very small market to me.

Perhaps he was trying to be a good member of the tribe by attending new year's services this morning. Unlike some midday shmuck on 680....half of entercom wasn't at work today including meter and jason.
