I thought for a city like Seattle with its heritage Grunge/alternative rock status that The End (and maybe Click and The Mountain) would be in the Top 10 of the Arbitrons, but instead, they have 2 shares. Why is that?

This is starting to describe their sister station, 94/7 fm in "Camas" (Portland) as well.
