why are there so many people picking on Jerson

Ms. Jerson is a young women. She was hired by 101.5 to be herself,if anything instead of firing her millenium could have just transfered her to b.98 which it owned at the time. Anyway from what I understand she is working on upn radio and sirrus,most of the people who are taken cheap shots at her will probably never accomplish what she has so far in her young career.

Did miss something here? Who is this? What are you talking about? And how is she being picked on?

I did a search to see what this is about. The search engine came up with several matches in the "101.5 Dream Job Finalists" thread which said she has worked NJ101.5 and had little experience before that. How is this being picked on? Somebody said her show did not turn out well and called it a "train wreck" (a common term in the business). There is a good deal of criticism and complaints about on air people posted. How is this any different?

I can't speak about this individual personally, but as a general rule young women - especially attractive young women - despite a frequent lack of experience or demonstrated ability often have an advantage getting hired in this business. Unfortunately for them, they sometimes are not able to keep those jobs.

I don't feel people are picking on Ms. Jerson they are just stating their observations. I recall her on at night reporting on traffic back ups on The NJ Turnpike. A few weeks later she is hosting her own show on New Jersey's biggest radio station. I remember her show, clearly she was over her head and appeared to be an experiment gone bad. In this business sometimes it's who you know. She knew NJ 101.5 consultant Walter Sabo. Walter Sabo also consults Sirius, see the connection. You say she's accomplished. She accomplished to fail at NJ101.5 and she just starting as a reporter for Sirius Howard 100. I feel she's over her head at Sirius with little reporting experience but she does know Walt Sabo.

Here's where Ms. Jerson is accomplished, you can hire Ms. Jerson to lead the chicken dance or conga line at your next party !

I'm sure you mean me, as I've mentioned her a few times. She had a bad show on 101.5. That's my opinion. I wish her the best in her future endeavours, but the show she had on 101.5 just wasn't very good.
