Why Does Clear Channel Hudson Valley Don't Stream?

Here are some of the CC Hudson Valley stations that don't stream:

1. 99.3 Lite-FM
2. 98.5 Lite-FM
3. Cool 92.9
4. Star 93.3
5. News/Talk WGHQ
6. Cruisin' 93.5

Those are the the six CC stations that don't stream online. The other stations is still streaming online are:

1. 96.1 Kiss-FM
2. WRWD
3. 92.1 Lite-FM

Those are the CC HV station that still streaming online.

Thoughts.
 
Thoughts? Does that mean you want a real answer or random speculation?

Streaming costs money and most radio stations have an advertiser covering the cost. It's not cheap if you're going to do it well. Star 93.3 announced last week on-air that they will begin streaming in August and I will bet you it's because they have soemone sponsoring it.
