Why does cumulus keep country on 104.9 in the tri cites?

I know the tri cites hasn’t been mentioned in a while on here but why does cumulus insist keeping nash icon on 104.9 when they get trounced by every other country station in the area. Even WIVK has a better market share than this station
 
I've also wondered that. They flipped 107.9 Chattanooga and even it had higher ratings. At this point, they would have better luck going back to Top 40 or Hot AC. Anything honestly. 0.3 for a Class A seems like such a waste.
