I listened to Jason Pullman on New Country 101-5 a couple of times this week, and he sounds excellent. But his audio was very distorted.
He lives in Dallas, where he does afternoon drive on 99-5 The Wolf. I'm guessing he tracks his Atlanta show; 8 hours live would be grueling. But I'm wondering about the reason for the distortion, and even more why someone from the station hasn't gotten it corrected.
Right after Cumulus acquired the station, the CE left, and I suppose his replacement had not yet started. The station sounded weak and very strange. I posted about it here, and an employee saw it and reported it to the station. It turned out they had both the main and backup transmitters on at the same time. (That's not the situation this time; the signal is at full strength.)
