Why does Live 365 needs athena365 and MyGen 365?

I noticed that www.athena365.com
and www.mygen365.com are set up like live 365 but i don't get why we need those 2 spin-off web radio sites just to target a certain group like boomers and Women when they can just use live365 itself. Its like saying facebook type site to attract only boomers and certain races there. when the main site attracts millions of people everyday. Why would Live365 inc want to copy IAC inc Business model it makes no sense to rehash it under different names.

Look at IAC inc this is former Fox executive Barry Dillers Corporation he's the guy putting dating sites for different markets on TV during Cable News shows.
 
i see nothing wrong with that at all they trying go get people that would never goi to live 365 there catering to a niche genre
 
They're nothing more than genre-specific "Sub-sites" of the main Live365 website itself. That's all.....
