Why doesn't K276EL San marcos show up on Radio-locator?

K276EL Is listed in the FCC data base, but its not listed in Radio-locator. They have been on the air for a pretty good while now. Broadcasting Air-1. My guess is they are simulcasting from KZAR Gonzales? (which is also air one same format)

There's a lot of translators that aren't listed on Radio Locator. Another one I just mentioned recently was K240CW. My guess is that they are just missed by RL due to various reasons like being off the air for a long time. When they do resume broadcasting they just get overlooked and are not added back to the database.
