Why doesn't WEEI Stream the Sox when other stations do ?

No, it's not legal. MLB retains all streaming rights for all games, so they can charge for them.

And if the affiliate continues to stream the PBP after that notification, isn't Entercom contractually obligated to terminate the feed to the affiliate at least until the streaming stops? I suppose that if the feed to the affiliate is via off-air pickup from one of the network's FMs, Entercom is not in a position to stop the feed, although I suppose that MLB could technically insist that the network stop feeding any station from which the offending affiliate might receive the off-air feed. Seems unlikely that anything that Draconian would ever happen, but you never know.

WRKO was streaming at least a couple games earlier this year, but someone must've "gotten" to them as it ceased some time ago
Entercom pulled the Sox off WRKO to put all games on WEEI, a few weeks back (though some WRKO promos
still air saying that the Sox are on RKO). When they did have games they would re-air stuff like Finneran and
Feinberg maybe on their stream...in the case of afternoon games that were on WEEI, WEEI's stream would air
