Why would individuals who used to work for Susquehanna at 104.5 go to the station in Franklin when the majority of Greater Indianapolis can't even pick up the station? Just because it's an oldies format?

The Franklin station remains under the same ownership, Pilgrim Communications. The people who bought WXLW from Pilgrim are the owners of Jonathan Byrd's Cafeteria in Greenwood. Pilgrim Communications still owns the Franklin station and has worked out an LMA agreement with the Byrds for 95.9.

I doubt 97.7 happens as WSKT in Spencer has a CP to put up a 6kw on 97.7. If 95.9 could have been moved, it would have been moved by now. I think Radio One was looking at it at one time or another, and they would have had the easiest time doing it as they own the biggest obstacle in the way 96.3 the second channel adjacent problem. Now with 97.7 CP issued to Spencer (a first channel adjacent), it seems they are really boxed in right now.
