Magic is moving out of National CIty to move into Granite Ridge...what's wrong with this picture?. Isn't the old Pacific Highway building still empty?

Why pay for a whole building, when you can rent some new studio space? It's not like there's any studios ready to go in the old building.
 
Bob, it was a joke. The old Pacific Hwy studios were
prefered by 91X and XTRA Sports...they did not want
to move into the THX 1138 blg. Still, it might be
a short term advantage, but in the longterm I imagine
they will get the hell out of Granite Ridge.
