Why did this station sell for so much money? It has a very small signal and no night coverage.

Well, I will just try to answer the question myself. There must be a very good revenue stream in Grinnell that this station is some how involved with. I am just amazed. Nobody killed off the golden goose in that market yet. Maybe they will in the future to pay the bankers?
 
Sounds to me as though they have been able to cash flow very well down there and somebody (who obviously wants to corner that market) saw it was worth the price and wrote the check. I heard it was for three million though?
