WHY IS KISS FM PD ALWAYS IN ALL ACCESS ACTION?

It seems like every night for the past 2 months 96.5 Kiss FM PD Dan Mason has been listed on the All Access Action List. Does anybody know anything? ???
 
From my experience, isn't the "Action" section just a list of different people who have sent in news contributions each day?
 
No, it's meant to highlight people in the industry who are rumored/confirmed-but-can't-say-yet to be up for another gig or about to get a promotion. If there's a "buzz" surrounding someone and/or they're rumoured to make a move or a move up, their names will appear in "Action"
