Why is this game blacked out on WGN?

Does anyone know why the WGN feed of the White Sox/Athletics game is blacked out in the Bay Area today? I know it's on CSN California too but it seems like the enforcement of the blackout is sporadic. The games with the White Sox/A's and Giants/Cubs last year were available on WGN and on the local RSN, with both feeds being available from my local cable provider.

It must be new rules at Comcast/Xfinity I'm sure future Giants and Cubs games will be blacked out as well, WGN wasn't blacked out in Fresno but that could change.

Bummer, especially with the Giants/Cubs games because I like watching the Giants games from the low centerfield camera position, the position that CSN/FSN Bay Area used to use when AT&T Park was first opened. On WGN, they still have the games from the low centerfield camera position while on CSN Bay Area, they now use the high centerfield camera position only.

It's weird, the Cubs vs Giants game today wasn't blacked out on WGN so I was able to watch it on KNTV (local feed) and WGN (national feed). The funny thing is that KNTV's game today wasn't in HD (16:9 480i) while the WGN feed was in HD.
