Why Isn't Alice Cooper on Rock92 Anymore?

I do not know the answer to this...I tried but couldn't get into that show.

I am still pissed at them for taking off Little Steven's Underground Garage on Sunday nights. Fantastic show. Wish someone else in Gsbo/WS market woul pick up that show.

You can get it on his website but it looks like you have to pay a little.

Alice Cooper is legendary, & I enjoy Dee Sniders "House of Hair" on weekends.

Alice was also syndicated on other outlets, such as Rock102-WAQY/Springfield MA

Dee also based his AM program on Radio104-WMRQ/Hartford

I agree, Quadraphonic.

IMHO, even though Alice is legendary & heritage in his own right, Harper is a unique Radio Host & Personality.
His voice, presentation, laid-back, friendly personality & way with words is indescribable. He speaks TO his listeners, not AT his audience. It's good to hear him again. I remember when he did PM drive on Rock92. Even though he's not on the website, I hope they keep him & are paying him handsomely.

This is a shame. It was interesting hearing this guy.

Since when is dumping a bird-fed host for a local jock considered "a shame"? ???

Did the poster think that Alice Cooper was flying in locally to the Rock 92 studios?????? He was somewhere on the West Coast, on tape and most likely not doing too well after the many years of hard-living and booze. I heard his show before and he sounded like a 150 year old man!!!!! Harper is a much better d.j and LOCAL!!!!!!

I understand some people want local DJs, but there's nothing wrong with talented national personalities in some cases.

I'm not sure whether this is related, but I heard "Round and Round" by RATT on Rock 92 at the very same time WKBC (most likely satellite) was playing it. The DJ on one of the two stations mentioned this band has a new album "Infestation".
