Why isn't WCAG-LP listed on the FCC's site or anywhere else?

It's always excluded from searches and isn't on the FCC's listings anywhere that I see. I *think* it's an analog station, judging from the LP suffix & it seems I can pick up traces of a signal on analog 33 from my house in between Fairburn & Douglasville.

Just curious as our band plays there quite a bit and would like to swing by the station sometime.

And no, *NOT* to check out the owner's kiddie porn collection either, may I add! ;) ;-)

The FCC CDBS is showing this station as WJCN-CA 33 analog (FAC ID #23967).
