Why not WKTU?

Since Clear Channel is so keen to provide programming for XM, why doesn't it do something on satellite with one of its obvious assets, New York's dance-oriented CHR/rhythmic station WKTU?

(So far as yours truly is concerned, the last time I drove through the tri-state area, my curiosity was sufficient to get me to temporarily turn off Sirius and put on WKTU. It wasn't bad.) :)

For that matter, why not Z100 WHTZ as well?

I would love to hear Z-100 and WKTU on my XM. I currently listen to '20 On 20' about 95% of the time, and I would love an alternative to it. KISS is not serving my CHR-POP needs. They play way too many recurrents. Z-100 should become the new KISS since they are the most-listened to CHR-POP station in the nation. BPM has also severely disappointed me. When I added XM to my Christmas list I did so because I wanted to hear BPM non-stop. That lasted about a month or so before I got annoyed with it.

Take a listen to XM Hitlist when it debuts in a couple weeks. It'll be a gold hits music channel like KISS, and more importantly, it WON'T HAVE COMMERCIALS.

Be more creative.
Sirius added <a target="_blank" href=http://www.bbc.co.uk/radio1/>BBC-1,</a> and you want these "lowest common denominator" stations on XM?<P ID="signature">______________
