Why U-Maine sports move from Sports 97.1 to Kiss 94.5 ?

Does anyone have the back story of why U-Maine football & hockey will be moving from sports 97.1 to Kiss 94.5 in the Bangor market ?
 
Stephen King moved 103.1 WDME in to Bangor, renamed it WZON FM and paired it with the AM that now does liberal talk, WZON AM has a local afternoon show (where they jettisoned Dale Duff) and still carried some ESPN programming after the switch, Red Sox baseball is gone from 103.1 so there's no place in Bangor to listen to them on FM.
