Why was Alan Handelman playing heavy metal music?

The song was "Bible Black" by Heaven and Hell, and he promised more of the same coming up.

Isn't this man a talk show host? I had the station on because it's smooth jazz most of the weekend, but of course that means when I turn it on Sunday at 11 it's talk again ... usually. I didn't know whether there was a new special program, or a format change, or if I was picking up a station I don't normally. Once I turned this station on and got Dee Snider's hair band show. I was picking up a classic rock station from somewhere else.

The show is called "Rock Talk" so, as you'd figure, there's a lot of rock. Not "Smooth Jazz Talk." :D
Sometimes when there's no talk, it's all rock, but that's rare.
It's a variation of the Sunday night 10pm-1am show he's been doing since the late 70s.
I checked www.alhandelman.com last night to see what was on, and there wasn't anything promoted, so that was probably a heavy-on-the-music night.

Okay, I didn't pick up on that.

Well, up until about 8 on Sundays they do smooth jazz. Actually, there was an NFL game at 4, so they would have stopped the music around 3. I just never listen except around 11.

Watch out tonight, vchimp!
Handelman's website doesn't have a guest update, so there might be a lot of heavy metal again.
Heads up! :D

I don't remember whether I left the radio on the smooth jazz station Saturday, but I got busy last night and never turned the radio on.
