Why WFSB is the best news in Connecticut

This is why I believe WFSB is the best news in Connecticut. I was having trouble sleeping this morning so around 2:45AM I go out to the living room and turn on the TV. WFSB was scrolling at the bottom of the screen a breaking news story about a child abduction and Amber Alert. Neither WTNH nor WVIT had anything scrolling at the bottom of the screen. At about 3:50AM the Emergency Alert System took over Comcast and displayed information about the abduction and Amber Alert. It wasn't until after the EAS Message was over and regular programming resumed that WVIT and WTNH began scrolling about the abduction.

You'd figure at 4 AM, the stations' early morning newscasts would start!

No one's doing local news at 4AM in Hartford.

... yet. Give it time. 4:30 AM is currently the standard across most of the country.
