I drove through the Harrisburg area last weekend and heard a weak signal on 960 carrying a sports game in the afternoon. Maybe it was WHYL or maybe winter propagation, not sure.
The latest FCC application has them moving to the WCAT-FM tower running 1,300 watt days/27 watt nights. When that's up and running it will certainly be a signal boost from the temporary low-power longwire off the studio. Maybe the oldies will be back once that's up since then people can, you know, hear it.
