WHYY Seaford digital

Has anyone else had a problem receiving WDPB-DT, it repeats WHYY. I live about 11 miles east of Seaford, and can receive their analog signal without a problem. I also can pick up digital signals from WBOC,WMDT & WCPB. I also occassionally receive some of the Philadelphia, Baltimore, Richmond, Norfolk and Washington stations. The Seaford digital was there as 44-1 and 44-2, then disappeared. Then I got it again, it work find a signal on the scan, but 12-1 or 12-1 work say no signal. I can push the info button, and see a strong signal, then about 30 seconds later it would come it. Since Sunday, The set can't even find it. By the way, I have been told they feed the cable headends with a fiber optic feed, so cable customers would have no problem. By the way, I've emailed WHYY, and they didn't respond. I know Southern Delaware isn't important to a Philadelphia station, but it would be nice to know if anyone else has seen this problem.

You should take it up with the FCC.
WHYY seems to be licensed to Delaware, but cares little about it.
