WIBBAGE IS BACK!!

With the return of the WIBBAGE legacy in South Jersey radio, WILW- Avalon is now officially
WIBG-FM! The move to our new transmitter site and the dynamic nature of the new FM pattern
provides a large Atlantic-Cape May and Cumberland County footprint. Response to the format
continues its explosve popularity.

As we prep the site for its valued 6 kilowatt signal, listeners from around the greater Philadelphia
South Jersey region, and the world are responding to the WIBBAGE format. Operating from
the new Ocean View site has so dramatically improved the coverage, without ever compromising
WIBBAGE's strong Wildwood signal. But with all of the Atlantic City- Cape May market tuned
in, the response has been overwhelming. And Atlantic City is buzzing with the news of the return
of WIBBAGE FM. We're at www.wibbage.fm, both on-air and on-line! Our team includes Jim Nettleton
Mornings, Rick Rock Middays (also our Program Director), Bill Culp, Bobby Emmons and Dave the Rave.
More WIBBAGE personalities to follow.

New website looks allot better - just adjust the webstream (the right channel is allot quieter than the left, as if the balance knob was off kilter), and for being a 128 kbps stream, it sounds really lossy and could use some better audio processing.

Keep up the great work man....need more stations that salute the sound and keep it alive.

And give that Dave the Rave guy a raise....he has his eye on some new stax o' wax on eBay!

I was able to hear it in New Brunswick tonight, though that's due to tropo. It was putting up a fight with 94.3 The Point.

I'm down in Wildwood for the week and I have to say the station does sound great.....I haven't noticed any signal issues but did get slight static near Cape May Point but many stations down in that area from NJ have issues from stations coming across the water......I am also able to pick up WYSP (although weak) and for the first time down here picked up WPST....I going to listen to 94.3 on my way home to see how far north I can pick it up before WJLK kicks in....Best of luck to you with this station.

Driving home up the GSP I was able to pick up 94.3 pretty well until the 50's.....After that the signal went down hill fast with WJLK stepping all over it.....Like I said in my previous post 94.3 does come in well in Cape May but with static in some areas but nothing bad (you could compare it to 98.3's signal down there).....94.3's signal in Cape May is certainly better than 102.7 and the old 106.3 when it was on the WIBG stick years back.
