I can't agree with that...WIBC has one of the better Indy FM signals, at least to the south. It starts getting chewed up by the 93.1 near Louisville once you get south of Seymour, but before they signed that on, 93.1 made it pretty close to Louisville. In my direction, it blows WZPL 99.5 away. 93.1's signal is so puny to begin with, why would you make it worse by broadcasting HD...
