WICE Jingles.

Greetings from Ontario Canada. This is Sam Ward checking in here again. I wonder if anyone has the old PAMS mini a capella jingles that WICE was using back in 1967 which they bought after they bought PAMS series 31. I loved listening to that station which I struggled to do from the Boston area, but luckily both sets of my grandparents lived in East Providence, so I got to Rhode Island quite often. I also wouldn't mind getting a better copy of PAMS series 31 for WICE, because my copy was run through a compressor. There are other Rhode Island radio station jingles that I wouldn't mind, especially the Pepper All Heart package for WNRI in Woonsocket and WADK in Newport, but let's see if I get any response to this post first before I start asking for even more jingles.

Jerry Hubeny, if you still check out this forum, I lost one recording of yours because I never downloaded it from your website before it folded. I still have all the great WICE airchedcks that you gave me, but unfortunately I lost the show that you and Don Byrnes did together on WBRU at Brown University. Now my E-mail address had changed, so I will give it to you like this. It is sw and the old frequendy of WERI radio in Westerly plus the call letters WCOL at gmail.com. I'd love to hear from anyone with any sixties airchecks or jingles from any Providence or Boston stations. Take care, and stay healthy.

Sam
