WIERD DTV CHANNELS

For the past 2 days we have been getting 2 channel 2.1's on our 2 roof-top antenna hdtv's. The second 2.1 is actually broadcasting channel 36.1 some of the time and a blank screen the others. Over the past few months I have also got channel 36 on 25.3 sometime as well. I know channel 25 is 36's digital channel but why 25.3. My TIVO is also catching the extra 2.1 with a 36.1 in the header. Another TIVO thing is that a few weeks back it deleted the analog channels for 8 and 57 but on Friday it added analog 8 and 57 to the channel lineup even though those analog signals no longer exist.
 
Sounds like their PSIP computer is having issues. Some of them, if they lose their information, will map to 2-1 out of the box.

If there's no PSIP at all, most receivers map to the physical channel number and the MPEG-2 program number. Since the -1 channel is on Program 3, it will display as 25-3.
