... .Well, sorta!!It appears Alan Byrd, the original owner is seeking damages against Tralyn broadcasting, the current owners and JMD, Inc(a subsidiary of Mississippi Radio Group and Coast Radio Group)JMD, Inc and Tralyn Broadcasting are defendants in a currently pending case on the docket with the Chancery Court of Stone County with Cause of Action Case #'s 2001-0240, 2001-0241 and 2001-0242.The settlement is for $245,000 and it appears the new owner of WIGG and WXAB will be Gayon Bird with 49 percent and Sheree Cospelich with 51 percent of Community Broadcasting, Inc.
