WIIL off the air last night?

Does anybody know why WIIL Rock was off the air last night? I got into my car around 7:45 and when I got home around 12am..they were still off the air.
 
Next Media has been doing a lot of upgrade work to the Waukegan and Pleasant Prarie facilites. I frequently listen to WKRS 1220 am, and durning the upgrade the audio was awful, but the result is noticaly better audio.
