WIIN has ditched classic R&B and is back to blues.

At least for now, WIIN and its FM translator, W271DF (which WIIN has had since 2021), are simulcasting W225BK (WIIN's original translator.)

In July, 2021, WIIN ditched blues for classic R&B. Since then, blues has been heard exclusively on W225BK (93.1).

The 93.1 translator has odd call letters. The call letters are W225BK even though it’s on 93.1. It should start with W226

Was it previously licensed on 92.9 by some other operator? Or is this a unique clerical error by the FCC?
