Anybody have the 411 on this one? 103.6 is not a usable FM frequency in the US so it must be an online offering. There is an active stream playing Urban
 
interesting. A fake frequency to have an online presence? "WiLD 103.6 Atlanta's New #1 Hit Station" who do they think they are 95.5 The Beat?

What's the deal on this?
 
I believe it is a “record” company UMG (which is controlled by Vivendi) that has apparently decided set up web “radio stations”. I bet they play mostly their own stuff.

BTW UMG owns a lot of other "record" companies including the Old Captiol/EMI, Motown. Def Jam, MCA, Polydor, Decca and a several other labels.
