With the stations recent decision to move Seacrest to 10 -2 and put Valentine 2-4, the station def flows better. If they would extend afternoon drive from 2-6 with live local talent the numbers would increase. That afternoon replay from 4-6 of the morning show makes no sense and can't be producing for them. Valentine is there and already on the payroll.

The Seacrest move - putting his syndicated garbage in middays - has been done in other markets. I agree with you about Valentine. He is VT'd anyway; why not put him in "real" PM drive time, or extend his shift? I understand that he VTs other stations. But still, the station would sound better with a local jock on at drive time, instead of a re-run of the morning show. Unfortunately, the replay must make money. It has been running in PM drive for several years.
