Seems lately this station continues to boom into Southern Brevard. Have picked it up (very good signal) all the way north to outside of Cocoa. Definitely good in Melbourne and Palm Bay.
Wild's signal is generally good to the north. Remember, their tower is in Martin County, not Palm Beach County. In general, with static, one can hear the station in Melbourne. In addition, it reaches very far north along the Turnpike. I often pick it up not too far outside Orlando.
The tower is right around 925 feet. Back when I was growing up in late 80s, when I was growing up in Lake Worth, then-95.5 WOVV used to run a voiceover claiming that they served the "Palm Beaches, the Treasure Coast, the Bahamas, and the Bermuda Triangle." I have been to Nassau, and I have never been able to pick up WLDI there. I am not sure about Freeport or any of the other islands.
