The CP had the antenna on a Verizon cell tower in Carlsbad, near the airport -- and near the former KKOS 95.9 tower site. The CP for Air 1 may have moved east a bit. Stay tuned. I don't mind translators ..... however this 'company' has many far and wide across the U.S.
Update: if the translator is on, it is K253AD-FX. The tower/stick is near Lake San Marcos. The pattern throws the signal northwest.
Grant Date: December 22, 2008; so it may have been on for more than a month.
