Wildwood 95.5 and 97.9

WXXY/Port Republic had a repeater at 97.9 in Wildwood until about a year after they blew up the 80's. Now, I see on their website there's a pending CP for 95.5 to carry WXXY programming.

1) What is the status on 95.5?
2) What will become of 97.9? Will another non-comm take it over?
3) I heard WXXY is run by the same people that brought us WAMS and WRJE. Is that true?
 
Yes, it's true.

51 percent Majority owner of WAMS is Vincent Klepac, who also has 33 percent of the non profit corp that holds the WXXY license. 49 percent owner of WAMS George (forget his last name) holds 33 percent of WXXY, along with a female.

WRJE is owned by Vince and george as well, but under a different corporate name..

Where did I find this? looking thru FCC documents.....
 
Schober has nothing to do with WXXY. In exchange for the 95.5, WXXY will re-broadcast on several NJ frequencies owned by Mr. Schober.
