So why would a circuit judge drop bail on all of the charges? Wilhite seems to be at least somewhat of a risk - both for flight before trial and repeat offense.

The latest: Wilhite has walked out of the Volusia County jail on his own recognizance.

Not to speak for Taylor, but Wilhite owned a small am station here in Atlanta (WSSA) and practiced some of the same activities concerning his radio business as he has done in FLA (questionable travel show). We were questioning if he was doing this same activity (possible criminal charges) while he owned the station here in ATL. Some of us worked at and with WSSA when Wilhite owned it.
