WILI-FM 95.3 Translator?

A 95.3 FM translator for WILI-AM was advertised at the press box of Dodd Stadium in Norwich. I'm assuming it's a sister of WICH-AM 1310 Norwich, which broadcasts the Connecticut Tigers baseball games.

Strange to see it advertised in Norwich, when I would imagine 95.3 probably not getting out of the village of Willimantic (town of Windham) itself!

On AM here in Montville 95.3 comes in but collides with a Rock Station on Long Island. on 1400, it comes in fairly well here, not crystal clear but solid enough. I've also seen this as i've been to Dodd a number of times. I sometimes listen to it on WICH
