Wilks takes a 5% pay cut

the news out this week, in Lubbock KLLL, Rock 101, Mix all the Wilks stations take a 5% pay cut, and i understand they work a half day on Friday's! i guess you go fishing.
 
At least they still have a job. I would have taken a much bigger pay cut to have kept my gig. However, I was wondering how long it would take for that to happen over there. It happened at GAP some time ago. Yet, for WILKS to take a pay cut... as an employee... I would be somewhat pissed... simply because of the purchase etc... of BOB&WEAVE. Those "has beens" don't come cheap. So, WILKS had the money to make that bad programming purchase etc... but now the employees have to take a pay cut? It's that type of stupid management that makes the employees grow even more bitter towards the upper management.
