Will 2 Broke Girls flop on TBS?

I don't think it will do will, especially in prime time. New episodes only get 6-7 million, and that's on CBS. Also, early ratings showed that both BBT and 2BG were both down in overall numbers on Sunday when they were sandwiched together. I don't think the show can carry the whole night on Thursday, and think it will likely get moved to midday, like what happened a few years ago with American Dad reruns (though new episodes still get good ratings in prime time.) Your thoughts?

It's not a really strong syndication play, but it will make back end money. I agree, it'll get moved to a lesser time next season and may be cancelled (for new shows) after this season.

Rules of Engagement got to exactly 100 episodes solely to give it enough to syndicate. It had a decent run and some all right slots, but I don't think TBG is as strong.

"Girls" replaced half of a "Two And A Half Men" doubleheader airing at dinnertime on 61 here in Phoenix. TAAHM has been airing in that timeslot for several years. It will be interesting to see how much audience is lost or gained by this change. Personally, I watched the first three episodes of "Girls" when it originally aired and then gave up. Another unfunny comedy and stereotyped to distraction.

I don't know what channel it was on, but "Girls" was on my TV when I turned it on. I immediately went to the list of shows I had recorded. I did notice that "The Simpsons" wasn't on (and being recorded) as usual, leading me to believe "Girls" replaced that show. This may not be a problem as I have probably already seen all the "Simpsons" episodes, as is true of "Girls".
