Will 99.1 ever be in stereo with audio?

IDK why ever since it came back on the air last year after a long absence it's not in stereo. Their transmitter is stereo but not the actual sound going from the station.
It's funny because the first day last October when they were testing, it was stereo except when there was no music playing (mono transmitter in between songs). But the next day it went to mono and hasn't changed. Someone mustn't know what they're doing or how to set up their equipment. LOL
 
It's still not in stereo and I keep hearing from different places that KHJS-LP is illegally overpowering on it's signal. So that station needs engineering work. Good luck trying to talk to them though unless you speak Spanish LOL.
 
It sounds like someone messed with the transmitter today changing the audio settings to put in more trebble and with more dynamics to the sound. However the power seems to be the same on it and the mono audio is still there with no stereo effects. I bet you anything they have some 3rd party engineer managing the transmitter for them and they don't know how to use it. Either that or they're intentionally apparently breaking rules LOL

I just am hearing a couple live announcers talking about Express Media and GenX. Maybe they're friends with each other; the Express website talks about a show from 3-4 PM Tuesdays and Wednesdays in Spanish.
