Will anyone launch an all halloween radio format this year?

Hey, guys! Here's a good question for you. We've talked about all-Christmas music in the past. So will anyone launch an all-Halloween format this year? After all, it's the second most commercialized holiday next to Christmas.

Has anyone other that Sirius XM ever done such a format? Over the years, all I've ever heard on terrestrial radio for Halloween is a few spins of "Monster Mash," "Witchy Woman" and other similarly themed oldies. Who would do that in Boston? WROR? Maybe, but there's just not enough well-known "scary" music out there to create a format. Even SiriusXM struggles to fill time on its annual "Scream" channel, using sound effects, obscure UK singles, etc. That's not going to fly on commercial FM.
