Will Candlepin Bowling ever be back on the airwaves?

Well, it would appear that WLVI's Candlepins for Dollars was cancelled over 3 years ago, and the $30,000 Candlepin Challenge that used to be on CN8 and then eventually Comcast SportsNet. It seems like the show was cancelled, and it would be really nice to see Candlepin Bowling back on Boston TV.

On a side note, Fairway Bowling on Route 9 in Natick, where the WCVB "Candlepin Bowling" show was taped for years, will permanently close its doors in May and be transformed into a rug company. Very very sad. In all the years that it's been there (at least the last 30 or so), they never upgraded.
 
I live in FL, but I love candlepin bowling! We were in the Cape Cod area in October. I bowled a 108 but with practice I coulda done better!

If there are any new TV shows with candlepin bowling, don't forget me, folks! I'd like to do a tape trade.

I read that Verizon is going to be discontinuing "time and temperature" phone numbers.

I guess all things truly must pass... :'(
