I don't think it is a question of if, but when.
When B98.5 pulled the plug on the Dream Doctor a couple of years ago, they just gave up on that time slot, letting Kelly McCoy voicetrack 7-10, and automation 10-12 (while still live with Larry Lane 12AM-5AM). Delilah killed B98.5 during this time of the day.
Now that the Lite has been blown out, having Delilah on B98.5 would make since.
Note that it may be awhile before something happens, depending on how her deal with 94.9 was structured.
Personally -- I think B98.5 should hire a live local personallity to do that time slot, no Delillah. Do the regular format, no love songs show (The Rebecca Stevens days before her boot in 2000 due to Delillah). I don't think Deliliah fits in with the super-upbeat B98.5 format. However, hire someone to play the normal format, but maybe do 35-40 minutes of music an hour (7PM-12AM) and talk to callers on-air in between songs about things morning shows talk about, only longer with each caller (in other words, something like Delilah or the Dream Doctor, but without sappy love songs or dream analysis). I'm thinking of someone like Star 94's Nudge, only with less testosterone (or female).
