Is the $2.40 offer too sweet to refuse for a stock that had been trading at $1.00?

It isn't for me, but I figure the major holders (EMMS executives, banks, other corporations) will all vote yes. The offer is open for another several weeks.
 
It looks awful to past employees (like myself) that bought it from $7 to $22 a share. I do fear that it goes back to a dollar if it's not approved, so I held my nose & voted to approve it. Guess I just paid taxes on any future gains in other stocks for years to come thanks to the 5 digit bath I took on this.
