Will Gil Edwards See 'YSP In Court?

So Dan Gross reports that:

The station seemed committed to a talk format as recently as June, when it let go of its longtime programmer, Gil Edwards. Station sources said Edwards lobbied for a return to rock but was rebuffed by management.

Now that they have indeed reverted back to rock, I reckon Mr. Edwards is going to sue CBS faster than you can say "Sabean"!
 
On what grounds? An employer doesn't have to listen to the suggestions of its employees.
