Will Herman Cain go back to WSB?

No, he will continue the race. The more he is out there, the more books and speaking
engagements he can get in the future. It's all about the money now.

Since it appears that Cain may be dropping out of the presidential race, will he go back to his old gig at WSB, or can he even go back?

Hopfully not. They moved Savage years ago for Cain's tiring schtik. Only Chuck & Turnoff are worse on ATL talk radio.

Wasn't this the whole point from the beginning? To get his local show syndicated? (I'm not at all being sarcastic)

I would think Dial Global is talking to his manager every day.

Hot 99.5 in Washington, DC is very successful with the Kane Show in mornings. So isn't that an indication that the Cain Show would be successful in Atlanta? I'm thinking he might work well on Dave FM.

The only thing I find really weird about the dropout is that people are calling for him to resign from his church. Um...just an observation, but isn't church supposed to be for sinners? At least my understanding of the words of Jesus, is that Jesus did not come to call the righteous, but sinners to repentance. That puts me in the majority of one on God's side, baby!

I would love to see Herman back on WSB. Eric Erikson is the WORST.. Sounds like he's speaking with a mouth full of MARBLES.. HATE hearing him on the air! Comon Cain, come back to WSB !

Cain is a hack and painfully boring wih his preacher style format. Please put on Savage and be done with these local wannabe's.

I wonder if Savage will come back now that he is off of 103.7...?

How about Martha Zoller filling the 7pm-10pm slot now that WXKT-News/Talk 103.7 Athens is history?
Is she still running for office?

I think she may be still running for office.. @ Jackie.. I do agree Savage is Entertaining, but at times he gets hard on the ears as well.. Although I love Savage's postion, because I agree with him , I still like Herman on the radio ! I used to hate it when he would SCREAM into the mic's. That would drive me insane if I had to work with him, would have to tell him to back it off, hes breaking the VU's.. I would agree with Sub Deacon Joseph, the flake.. Martha would sound good in the night time on WSB, and we could move Erik, or Eric out of that slot.. Mush Mouth ..

ok, this may seem far fetched, but with all the chatter on this board about WGST changing from 92.3 to a stronger FM signal, wouldn't it be something if WGST replaced Glenn Beck with Herman Cain and put him up against Boortz? That would be intriguing. Remember, that's where Hannity got his start.
Maybe I just have too much holiday downtime. :D

Not far-fetched at all, Jimbo... Certainly, Cain resuming a local radio show with the hopes of it leading to a nationally syndicated one is not out of the question. After all, for better or worse, people across America now know who he is.

My guess is that the plans for a national show are on hold until the syndicator can get a hold of what would be the appropriate call-in number - 1-800-999-9999. ::)

Now that would be interesting...put Beck on delay from 3-6 (need an FM....), and put Cain in on the AM.
